Hemrick Verwaerde, sports physiotherapist and osteopath, co-founder of HOPP

Co-founder of the HOPP solution

Hemrick Verwaerde

Sports Physiotherapist and Osteopath

Passionate about CrossFit and sport in general, Hemrick brings his expertise to managing your care, building a tailor-made programme based on your injury.

My goal is to give every athlete an effective solution, because I know how painful the feeling of doubt and waiting can be when you’re injured.

Personally, I’ve had many injuries myself (an operated shoulder dislocation, sprains, a fracture and lower back pain), and I want to give you the right solutions to get through it, whatever your goal.

My experience as a sports physiotherapist, osteopath and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer lets me follow you from your injury all the way through your return-to-play phase. I’m by your side throughout your whole progression.

Thibault Vignais, sports physiotherapist and osteopath, co-founder of HOPP

Co-founder of the HOPP solution

Vignais Thibault

Sports Physiotherapist and Osteopath

A lover of sport in all its forms, Thibault makes sure your goal becomes reality. Meticulous about detail, he builds your care pathway so that your injury becomes an asset for the future.

I believe every athlete deserves the information and the tools to heal effectively, wherever they are. I want every athlete to become aware of their own potential and to know more about how their body works, so they become stronger and more independent in managing their practice. That’s why HOPP, beyond the care itself, is a genuine course in understanding yourself and how your body works. After your programme, your body will hold no more secrets for you, and you’ll be stronger.

Who is HOPP for?

The profiles we support

Competitive athlete, recreational player, active person, everyday pain, or limited access to care: HOPP adapts to your situation.

Your profile determines how your programme is built: intensity level, return-to-play goals and pace of progression are adjusted to your reality rather than to a generic average. And if you’re far from a clinic or appointment wait times are too long, HOPP gives you access to the same expertise, wherever you are.

Frequently asked question

Can every injury be treated remotely?

Every day, we see athletes in our physiotherapy clinic. We specialise in the treatment of sport-related injuries. Our practice ranges from post-surgical care to pain relief after trauma, through manual therapy and reconditioning before a return to sporting activity.
