Every week off counts

A fixed programme that forces two weeks of total rest on you, without accounting for your competition calendar : that’s not what you need. What matters is knowing exactly what you can still do, and from when you can seriously start loading again.

HOPP precisely identifies your injury and its stage to build a realistic return plan, without wasting more of your time than necessary or risking a relapse that would cost you far more.

A programme that follows your training load, day after day

A week of competition, a week of recovery, a week of gradual return : your training varies, your care programme has to follow. Every day you indicate how you feel and HOPP adjusts the load accordingly, so you get back to full training as fast as possible, without getting injured again.

HOPP physio tip:

for the competitive athlete, the most common mistake is going back to maximum intensity as soon as the pain disappears, without having rebuilt the tissue’s capacity to handle the training load. That’s often where the relapse happens, not in the original injury.

In brief

Why HOPP, for a competitive athlete

  • A precise identification of your injury and its stage, in 3 minutes

  • A staged return-to-play programme, aligned with your calendar

  • A daily adjustment of your load based on how you feel

  • Support from FIFA-certified sports physiotherapists, used to elite-level sport

HOPP physio advice:

before returning to full-intensity training, test the area with a movement specific to your sport, at moderate load. If the pain stays stable, you can progress in stages. If it increases noticeably, it’s better to adjust your plan before pushing through.
