One employee in five now works remotely at least part of the time, and many others travel between multiple sites: traditional occupational health, designed for a single site, is no longer suited to the reality on the ground. HOPP was designed by FIFA-certified sports physios to provide fast, accessible care to every employee, wherever they are.
The situation in businesses
Pain or an injury not treated in time rarely follows a favourable path: it settles in, worsens, and often ends in sick leave longer than it needed to be. For the company as much as the employee, the real cost isn’t the injury itself, but the delay before it’s treated.
What we most often see
- Employees who put off seeing someone for lack of time or an available appointment
- Pain that quietly worsens until it leads to avoidable sick leave
- Remote sites or remote teams without easy access to a sports physio
- A poorly prepared return to work, with a risk of relapse that extends the absence
The HOPP solution: care with no constraints
No need for an on-site clinic or an appointment to book: HOPP lets every employee understand their injury in 3 minutes, wherever they are, then start a personalised care programme that same day.
Care accessible to everyone, immediately
The employee describes their pain, gets a clear explanation of their likely injury, then starts a guided exercise programme suited to their daily life. Every day, they log how they feel and the programme adjusts automatically: more load if all is well, a bit less if the area is complaining. If needed, a sports physio remains reachable by video consultation to check in.

What it changes for your business
Faster, better-dosed care has a direct effect, both on the employee’s health and on absenteeism-related costs.
The concrete benefits
- An earlier return to work, thanks to care from the first signs
- A reduced cost of sick leave, by avoiding worsening for lack of prompt care
- A better-supported employee, so calmer and more engaged
- A solution that works across every site, remote or on the move, with no infrastructure to set up
The app, day to day for your employees
Behind every screen is a programme designed and supervised by sports physios, built to fit into a working day without disrupting it.
A daily check-in that adjusts the programme
Every morning, the employee says in a few seconds how they feel. The day’s programme automatically adapts to that answer, for safe progress without them having to wonder if they’re doing too much or not enough.
Guided exercises, filmed by sports physios
Every exercise is explained on video, with the cues to follow and mistakes to avoid. The employee can follow their programme anywhere, at the office or at home, with no special equipment most of the time.
A sports physio reachable by video call
If the employee has a doubt or wants a further opinion, they can talk directly via video consultation with an expert sports physio, without having to travel or wait for an available clinic slot.
Our hands-on expertise, built in business settings
HOPP wasn’t born from a theoretical idea, but from years spent directly on the ground, working with employees and the challenges specific to each organisation.
Thibault Vignais
Sports physio and osteopath, HOPP co-founder
After setting up my own practice, I spent several years treating employees directly at their workplace, including at Google, Danone and WeWork, providing physiotherapy and osteopathy care. This experience let me see, from the inside, the real issues faced in the workplace and the challenges specific to each company, whatever its size: startup, SME or large group.
It’s this dual experience — private practice and on-site corporate work — that gave rise to HOPP: a solution designed to reproduce, remotely and for every employee, the quality of hands-on care, without the constraints of physical presence that an on-site clinic implies.

Frequently asked questions
How does HOPP fit into our organisation?
There’s no infrastructure to install or software to deploy: your employees access the HOPP app directly, wherever they are. We talk with you beforehand to adapt the setup to your organisation.
Does HOPP replace occupational health services?
No. HOPP is a support and rehab tool designed by sports physios, complementary to existing medical follow-up. It directs you to a health professional if the situation requires it.
What’s the minimum company size to reach out?
None. We support startups of just a few people as well as multi-site groups. Every conversation starts with understanding your actual needs.
What’s the price for a business?
It depends on the number of employees and your organisation. Contact us to discuss it and get a suitable proposal.
